Investments
Depending on the budget and investment type, we offer different real estate investments to our predominantly international clientele.
Apartments, multi-family houses and apartment buildings:
The purchase of this property is suitable for investors who have little experience in the real estate market. The acquisition of an apartment is in comparison to the purchase of a multi-family house or apartment building still manageable for little investors. The advantage is that an apartment in a larger apartment building is already managed by a professional property administrator and apartments in cities are usually easy to rent. With the purchase of several apartments in different cities and locations, the risk can be spread.
If you have more capital available, you can invest in a multi-family house or apartment building. The advantage here is that the owner can manage himself or use property manager according to his wishes and needs. Thereby, the owner can decide on his own for maintenance, repairs, renovation and transformation for improvements.
Real estate for seasonal letting:
This type of investment can be an especially for seasonal letting furnished and equipped classic apartment or villa or the purchase of an apartment in a holiday residence. Also with small budgets are already investments possible. Other advantages are compare to classic letting high possible returns, the flexibility of the leases and the possible personal use during the investment.
Commercial real estate:
Investing in a commercial property such as offices, shops, shopping malls, logistics centres, industrial facilities, retirement homes, hotels and other catering establishments are more for experienced investors. The tenancy law is very different from the residential tenancy law and also the requirements of the professional tenants are very different from classic residential tenants. The achievable returns are generally higher than for pure residential real estate.
Student apartments:
Parallel to classic apartments, small student apartments in university cities can be also an interesting investment. Housing for students is rare, the apartments are therefore well leased and ideal as a little investment. Modern student apartments are often newly built micro-apartments, which are already furnished and located nearby universities.
Old people’s homes:
The population is getting older and older, we need real estate that takes into account the special needs of older people. There are single apartments in retirement homes for sale or entire old people’s homes. As a rule, these are already leased to an operator in the long term, making management very easy.
